Configuring backup policy of Heterogeneous OS , Filers , Database , Clusters .Trouble-shoot and fix issues related to Backup and Recoveries .Scan profile and interview prospective applicants for Data Protection team . Develop strategies, policies and best practices for the customer.· Based on proactive research highlight areas of improvement .Participate in installation, customization, and integration of EMC solution. Provide technical leadership and engage appropriate resources during implementation of provided solution .Based on account requirements install & deploy new components , ensure they are “operation ready”. verified by QA and build team .Proactive analysis of performance aspects, highlight scope of improvement delegate tasks to L2/L3 resources.Highlight risks/anomaly in environment & come up with solution or engage vendor wherever necessary to provide permanent fix , test solution in lab .
