I have over 18 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and the last 10+ years in the CMO sector. I have held roles of increasing responsibility over the years, and I am currently a manager of a team of scientists, overseeing product development for a number of projects. Primary focus has been on solid oral dose forms, with some experience with sterile injectables, oral liquids, and lyophilization. Extensive experience in early formulation development, process development and scale up, and support of process validation and commercial manufacture for solid oral dose forms. Experience writing and reviewing regulatory documentation supporting IND and NDA filings. Experience managing groups of technical staff of varying experience and education levels. Experience providing detailed scope and manufacturing shifts for new business development and quotations. Experience maintaining manufacturing schedule in GMP area. Experience writing SOPs, reports, protocols, and supporting documentation. Experience with Trackwise for CAPA plan execution.
