The member of the Group's senior management team with responsibility for financial reporting and business support. This includes preparation of financial and non-financial data, ensuring compliance with funding rules, contractual obligations and wider legislative requirements. Equally importantly the role includes a mandate to improve and streamline the processes and efficiency of our support departments to better support our coaches to deliver an outstanding learning experience. I was responsible for ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance across the Group. This including responsibility for the Audit and Data Integrity Departments. Additional responsibilities included ad hoc reporting of financial and non-financial metrics.

I completed my ACA at the National Audit Office as part of the HM Treasury team.I also worked on value for money reports for the Regulation, Competition and Consumers teamMost significantly on : "The Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority, Regulating Financial Services" (Published 25/03/2014)"The Economic Regulation of the Water Sector" (Published 15/10/2015)I have also played a minor role in research for the following reports:The Regulatory Effectiveness of the Charity Commission (Published 4/12/2013)Evaluation in Government (Published 20/12/2013)I was co-lead of the NAO's Economics Community, this involved arranging events, ensuring best practice was shared and providing quality assurance or advice to study teams across the office.
