My duties and responsibilities are to supervise, monitor/mentor 100+ students on field trips for the Henrico PAL After-School, Summer Camp Program and facilitate Open Gym Night Basketball.Effectively plan, create and implement strategies for recreational games and sports activities (Flag Football, Basketball, Soccer) as well as provide recommendation for sports equipment , keep an accurate account on record of data results of the fitness evaluation process and its outcomes for Boys and Girls K-8.
