 Technical Lead role supporting Customs & Border Protection’s Financial Systems including an implementation of Procurement for Public Sector (PPS) and Document Builder; providing service pack and system upgrade implementation, end-user support and management of the application error resolution process. Architect for process gaps solutions in SRM and Records Management as CBP evolves into a shared services provider supporting DHS procurement needs. Supervise teammates in developing and implementing plans for upgrades, landscape maintenance and regression/integration testing between the various financial systems that make up Procurement for Public Sector. Process implementation involves coordinating and delegating the necessary tasks between the development, implementation, and product groups that support PPS. Responsible for developing and deploying Business Addins that assemble documents and forms. Performing integration for SAP’s COTS industry leading Document Developer product across multiple versions of operating systems and product codes. Managed the configuration process of SAP’s internal landscape supporting the Federal FAR content delivery system.  Performed as a critical situation manager in a customer engagement for the Sacramento Department of Corrections. The engagement required implementation of a custom Document Builder forms solution that required “rapid prototyping”. This included blueprinting of the solution, creating multiple classes, Business Addins, and forms utilizing MSWord integrated with visual basic as well as creating/debugging xml.  Responsible for the configuration and integration unit testing of Document Builder with Records and Case Management for SAP’s Change Management Service. Utilized SAP Solution Manager to document configuration errors, test cases, and testing results.

Created client-friendly archival reports using the Business Objects tool, Crystal Reports, as an interface to extract data from the Global Chromatography Database System (GCDS) Interacted with customers to gather project requirements; developed design layout for the archival reports using Microsoft Visio; implemented and executed FDA regulated test scripts. Trained the Data Archival team in the execution of the archival reports. Prepared instructions to govern this data archival process and also the data migration process from GCDS to the updated system, Empower. Acted as the Test Lead for release 3.0 of the lab application, Empower. This included creating the test plan, test strategy, and various test scripts among other supporting documents. Coordination, environment setup and execution of the testing initiative for this project.

Designed a data extraction tool using Visual Basic with a Microsoft Excel front end that prepares the output to be exported into Microsoft Access and catalogues the input. Supported workstation installation, configuration, and remediation of outdated workstations in the Indianapolis bulk manufacturing division. Secondary Project Manager: Created and updated documents that supported and regulated team business practices using Microsoft Project.

Updated Lotus Notes Managerial Review for Job Placement database using Domino Developer; delivered a database system that was more efficient and compliant with safety and employee health service standards. Designed an internal website to document the intern experience and to provide future interns with useful information. Participated in various events to acquire a better understanding of Eli Lilly's professional and social culture.

Produced and maintained storage sales forecast reports for senior management to prepare for their weekly sales management meetings. Implemented and updated an Internet-based data management system for various divisions of the storage department. Participated in financial data competitive research for management.
