Network Operations Center Technician
Current- Actively monitors a wide range of dashboards, alerts, and software to identify issues as they arise- Identifies and documents trends to proactively prevent future problems- Maintains reporting of network data, such as bandwidth usage, hardware utilization and uptime- Works closely with other IT teams (Developers, System Administrators, Database, etc) to establish troubleshooting protocols and solve problems- Quickly responds to and properly escalates downtime events with the proper level of urgency- Bridges communication between IT teams and users while facilitating issue resolution
