  I have been in this position for the last 8 and a half years; the role has developed over these years (the last of these being promoted to Supervisor). I have been responsible for looking after a small team to ensure the smooth running of our stock throughout the multiple departments that process our stock, from Workshop to Bodyshop, then to our Valet team and Photography. I was tasked with ensuring cars were processed in a timely manner. Once they were imaged and advertised online, I was responsible for the descriptions and analyzing market trends and comparing competitors to then price these vehicles to ensure our digital presence was the best it could be. As the role developed, I was also tasked with Purchasing vehicles for the site, this entailed checking the vehicle against others in the market and negotiating pricing to ensure we remained competitive and retained a healthy profit margin. My role involved using multiple different computer systems to ensure the smooth day to day running of the stock within our site, from valuing to process management all the way to advertising the stock, whilst also managing my small team to ensure this happened. I was also in the process of attending management development courses to progress my skill set and further my career.
