I was born and raised in the lovely state of Colorado! Alumni of Willamette University, where I majored in Exercise and Health Science and minored in Communications and Media. My diverse academic and athletic background, analytical skills, and expertise working in high-stress environments are some of my greatest assets. As a former college athlete, I take great satisfaction in my capacity for effective and proficient communication. This includes having the ability to collaborate with others in a group to accomplish a common objective under pressure. My ability to listen to what others have to say and then be able to share my own ideas with others is the foundation of my communication style. I have excellent time management abilities, including planning, task proficiency, and dependability, thanks to my background as an athlete. I consider myself to be a very diligent, goal-oriented individual who will employ all available means to effectively complete any duties or goals assigned to me.
