An engaging senior tutor and course designer with over 18 years experience of creating and delivering innovative and inclusive training programmes, both in the classroom and online. With a diverse teaching background, encompassing special educational needs, adult learners, Apprentices and businesses, I have a proven track record of using e-learning to effectively engage students and meet their educational needs. Whilst at Lagat College I was instrumental in the successful introduction, development and deployment of online and blended learning, working closely with the college management team and tutors to create courses that stretch and challenge learners. During recent Ofsted and external quality assurance visits inspectors were impressed by the highly positive feedback from learners and standard of work produced through the blended learning programmes. I am now responsible for designing online and blended learning packages for G4S in collaboration with Lincolnshire police.
