Provide the site management of Suzhou IMS ECC construction and IMS data center construction, including ECC internal decoration, display device installation, UPS installation, monitor desk installation, data center bridge installation, rack cabling, rack grounding, cage installation, access control and CCTV monitoring system installation and debugging and the server installation management as an on-site project manager.As a project management engineer, assist to complete China life data center ECC construction project management. I assist the project manager to finish the project plan, coordinate with engineering contractors, and provide the necessary and project related engineering drawings and documents, including engineering contact list, project schedule, meeting minutes, participate in engineering change discussion, document review and confirm, organize the project progress report and various engineering utility to ensure project smoothly. Complete the quality inspection of data center constructions. Projects includes :China Merchants Bank Shanghai data center project, data center in Chongqing design and research institute, Yunnan mobile data center project, Yunnan Baiyao data center project, Nanjing Suning appliance data center, Shanghai National Grid Data Center (the first use of MMT technology project), Guangzhou Tobacco Bureau data center. Complete to help project managers to solve some practical problems which have impacts on the project schedules.
