I had the opportunity to create and scale the Operations & Campaign Management function at Triplelift. During my time as manager the team grew from zero to 12+ individuals across 4 offices (Chicago, NYC, SF and LA) and three different roles (from entry level to management). Team works closely with Partner Management on a day-to-day basis with ownership.

• Develop relationships with DSP,ATD and ITD clients and provide end to end support from pre-sale through post-campaign stages.
• Schedule and lead QBRs with clients to uncover actionable and relevant insights that were used to shape future strategy and recommendations for some of Triplelift’s largest clients (ex.COTY, Toyota, AT&T)
• Provide continual training and product updates to clients as new features are added.
• Educate clients on new product releases such as Branded Content, Outstream Video and new formats including highlighting specs, operational workflows and KPI alignment.
• Act as an external and internal subject matter expert for all Triplelift formats and unique capabilities for every integrated DSP (40+ DSP Integrations).
• Work closely with our sales team to rapidly onboard new customers as well as identify ways to grow current accounts.

• Develop new processes and collateral such as creating a platform user guide to cut down the on-boarding time of new programmatic clients and refining responsibilities and roles of the new programmatic team

• Take the lead in responding to RFP opportunities and work with Account Coordinator to create media plans that include strategy, pricing and media decks.
• Monitor and provide campaign analysis and optimization suggestions to clients.
• Act as primary point-of-contact for all advertising agencies/direct clients involving campaign set-up, campaign optimizations, post-campaign analysis for traditional IO'd campaigns.
• Work closely with internal AdOps to ensure timely and proper launch for campaigns.
• Oversee and manage IO’d advertising campaigns on the Liveintent exchange including regular Display, Sponsorships, Dedicated E-Blasts, Retargeting, CRM, Cross-Device and Cross-Channel campaigns throughout the entire.
