Productively communicate with agents, buyers/sellers, mortgage officers, title personnel and attorneys involved in the home buying process.Act as a fiduciary in the best interest of the client, providing valuable consultation with a focus on fraud prevention, real estate analysis and market trending.Manage transactions from inception to closing, ensuring delivery of title information and documentation.Analyze market conditions, and initiate personal territory marketing plan, targeting new business.Cultivate a wide network of fellow agents, contractors, bank officials and mortgage officers.Successfully fulfill individual client's needs and build ongoing business, rapport and trust.Effectively maintain calendar and meeting schedules, plan and execute special events, conferences and presentations.

Greet customers building rapport and trust on first initial contact.Qualify customers determining motivation while identifying dominant wants and needs.Demonstrate features, benefits, and advantages to the auction. Assist customers in visualization of ownership by showing the properties available, explain the brochures and portray the value of the auction while overcoming objections.Pre-register customers and offer pre-qualification through a preferred lender.Analyze market conditions familiarizing local area information and competition while becoming auction and website experts.Champion on-site auction sales. Manage marketing materials and act as a liaison with escrow, attorneys, title and lender companies to monitor and assist with all closings, assuring the efficiency of the closing.Responsible for the production of daily reports recapping all foot traffic for all properties to the seller.
