Responsible for the work force planning, coordination, on-boarding, and the updating of the joint manning requirements for submission to higher headquarters for approval. ♦ Managed accountability for Special Operation Forces in support of a historic President of the United States Jordan visit which resulted in mission success and zero incidents.♦ As the First Sergeant, I procured $25K in fitness equipment, organized a Thanksgiving feast, coordinated 11 emergency leave departures, resolved 79 lodging issues, and procured 150 care packages for members of my unit.♦ Coordinated the integration of 3 CV-22 aircraft units while on-boarding 73 personnel and ensured zero mission degradation for US Central Command’s #1 mission.♦ Orchestrated the Chairman, Joint Chief of Staff’s short-notice Sexual Assault Prevention and Response training for our unit. I developed a training plan and led the discussions for 134 personnel ensuring a healthy and safe work environment.♦ Reviewed and authorized an annual budget of over $100K for 213 staff members, including the acquisition of critical materials, billing, travel and communication.
