My interest in all aspects of education has taken me from online course management, to Cyber Classroom creation; from teaching ESL in Bangkok and New York, to helping prisoners at Rio Cosumnes Correctional Center and K-12 students in rural Placerville; from in-person learning to distance learning, from the Instructional Designer's studios at the dawn of the dot com boom, to backroad classrooms of Southeast Asia, and from Queens New York to across the river in Manhattan, and back across the country again to California during the global pandemic. My knowledge of teaching and the difficulties of learning, in other words, has been cultivated by travel, extended by experience, and tempered by time. I would be glad to offer my insights, skills and expertise to your classroom or institution.
