Life is about finding purpose and becoming equipped to fulfill that purpose along the way. My story is one of stumbling along to find that right path. As an excellent team member, I have been named Employee of the Month 3 times at Hood Packaging, and have been promoted within the company 2 different times. I have surrounded myself with an excellent community of people who push me to become an asset to others, my neighborhood, and workplace. Being a machine operator, I work with a crew to meet daily production quotas, while working safely, efficiently, and assuring good quality products. My job as a Cover Supervisor provides me the opportunity to oversee the operations of the plant in a Shift Supervisor role as needed. This has awakened a passion of mine to mediate the daily problems and functions of the plant between the upper management, and the floor employees. I currently am finishing my degree and look forward to working with others in a management role, to where we can all achieve success and make our mark on this world, one day at a time.
