I'm an executive coach, team coach, and facilitator known for my ability to quickly build trusting relationships with individuals, groups and organisations looking to develop in healthy and sustainable ways. My approach is deeply relational, systemic, embodied, and trauma-informed.As a consultant at Cultivating Leadership, I'm privileged to support leaders explore ways of 'seeing and being' that are a more powerful fit for the increasingly complex and uncertain times we are in. My work typically involves designing and facilitating experiential programs, leading small group retreats and working closely with teams and individuals to create spaces of reflection, connection and growth.As a long term meditator and contemplative practitioner, I bring a deep understanding of the power of attentional training and applied mindfulness practices to my work. I stand strongly in the value of non-ordinary or expanded states of consciousness as essential catalysts for growth, offering opportunities to recalibrate our understanding of who we are beyond current individualist cultural paradigms.As a lifelong student of the arts and former professional musician, I hold art, ritual and a sense of beauty as integral to transformative practice. I bring this perspective to life in my work as a ceremonial musician, using music, sound, and voice to support and deepen group developmental and therapeutic processes.I am founder and host of the Way to Grow podcast, exploring the evolving landscape of leadership development to identify powerful and practical insights for leaders and those supporting them.Born in Hong Kong and raised in the UK, I now live in the forested outskirts of Berlin with my wife and two daughters, who keep me walking my talk in consistently unexpected ways.
