My role is negotiating between Landlords and tenants to achieve win:win sales and successfully meeting demanding targets. Experienced in team leading, and thrive in competitive and challenging environments. Working with UK Airborne Forces as a project manager within a Fire Support Team. Recently working for the Honourable Artillery Company as the sole account manager for the ceremonial equipment store. Whilst also the lead event manager in the permanent staff club venue. Hosting events to collaborate areas of the unit for networking opportunities.During my career I have completed a number of prestigious courses. Leading teams around the world in high stress and challenging environments. Enabling me to experience diverse situations which developed my management and negotiation skills.Developing foreign armed forces as a (STTT) short term training team. This was a fantastic insight into the inner workings of foreign armed forces. I was able to impart my knowledge to guide them on skills used by the British Army. Enthusiasm and patience really helped get my points across as a member of the training team.
