I lead and oversee the operations of Mead & Hunt’s Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) & Renewable Energy Group, which is at the forefront of engineering, integrating, and constructing the next wave of sustainability solutions and technologies. As our global climate changes, these renewable energy technologies provide pathways to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, power our future, and help you meet your sustainability goals. I was the only child from my family to go to college directly from high school. A portion of my tuition was paid for by a low-income federal grant that required me to work part-time, so I knew that I had to work hard and focus to build the knowledge needed to be successful. That hard work led me to a co-op job, two master’s degrees, and the opportunity to become the Vice President of Industrial Wastewater and then the CEO/President of Symbiont. Hundreds of projects later, I had the honor to lead Symbiont in joining forces with Mead & Hunt. This move combines our resources, project experience, and culture as we continuously work to provide new and expanded services, while putting our communities, clients, partners, and employees first.
