Thomas Bell has served as the head Innovation Design at On AG, and Nike's renowned Innovation Kitchen for over 15 years. He has the ability to consistently deliver innovation to the market creating consumer emotional connection and setting new standards of performance, method of make, athlete adoption and innovation/product longevity. Thomas has worked with some of Nike’s most accomplished athletes and artist like Roger Federer, Tiger Woods, Allyson Felix, Eliud Kipchoge and Tom Sachs. He has invented and established numerous innovations which have defined the future of sport and was one of the lead designers that delivered the ground breaking Zoom Vaporfly 4% Elite for the “Breaking2” event.
