Provided legal structure and advice to early Chinese-US Joint Venture and first JV in aerospace field for assembly of MD-80 narrow-body airliners; established world—wide legal function with offices in London and Hong Kong; provided counsel and guidance in the sale of commercial airliners (and military aircraft) throughout the world after enactment of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act; served as leader of team which developed a business plan for working with Korean industry in conjunction with sale of fighter planes to Korean Air Force; served as co-leader (with astronaut Pete Conrad and President of MDC China, Gareth Chang) of team charged with developing a strategic plan for MDC for 21st Century.
