Complete BOM control, responsible for preparing the annual standard cost and expense budget, including labor and burden studies. Co-wrote an Expense Analysis Report that standardized cost reduction initiatives. Front line managers using this tool reduced monthly expenses by more than $100,000. Implemented ERP system and designed general ledger account structure. Responsible for database report writing.
