As the Head of Media Production I'm responsible for providing people, delivery, and operational leadership to the Media Production team at Weta Workshop. I focus on team culture and operational efficiencies, ensuring projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and to brief, while balancing creative excellence and wellbeing.I also sit on the Creative Leadership Team.
