• Managed hiring for 4 Business verticals (Premedia, Research & Analysis, Marketing &BPO and Technology) with the support of 8 recruiters.
• Maintained a source mix of (45% Portal, 13% IJP, 20% ER and 22% Consultancies)
• Handling end to end recruitment starting from getting the requirement from the HOD, understanding the requirement, planning, sourcing, validating resumes, preliminary telephonic screening, arranging and coordinating.
• Managed delivery of niche demands in RNA, increasing the business span from 10 to 300 in 1 yr with maximum hike of 20 – 30 %.
• Updating the recruitment database accordingly and providing daily and weekly reports on the recruitment status to the top management
