I’m changing out dip tubes from an empty drum to a full drum. I’m in charge of PPE and the clean room maintenance scheduling. I’m working on the team that manages the specifications and work instructions for the clear room. The dip tube is used at our customers facility to connect to the drum of semiconductor liquids. They need to know that the tubes were.

• Installed, trained operators and maintenance on operation of solder reflow belt furnace.
• Traveled to Malaysia to implement newly developed high yield process.
• Performed engineering experiments and help develop and optimize reflow fixtures.
• Managed implementation of wafer Pick & Place machine into production.
• Developed specifications and work instructions and trained other technicians, maintenance and operators on the equipment’s operation and use.
• Worked on twin arm wire bonder that reduced cycle time by 30%.
