Provide strategic and business planning consulting services in support of State of Florida health care agency programs. Work with program management staff within multiple state agencies to develop detailed operational plans for improved processes and technology solutions that realize cost efficiencies and operational effectiveness within and across agencies. Conduct independent research and analysis of functioning organizations to ascertain organizational strategic opportunities. Facilitate planning sessions with management and cross-agency teams to capitalize on opportunities for cooperation and cross-boundary collaboration between agencies. Provide innovative technology solutions for improved operational effectiveness, cost-efficiency and customer service. Develop partnered plans to pursue identified change strategies. Identify common business processes that can be used to build, acquire, expose or reuse shared data and services (within and across agencies). Find commonalities in business models, reviewing new requirements imposed by law, regulation or otherwise. Find synergistic opportunities (consolidation or capitalization) among new or ongoing agency initiatives to take advantage of existing state investments. When examining or investigating new initiatives, ensure the broader consideration of multi-agency integration opportunities.
