This may be creating pipelines, adding testing, automating deployments, and most recently has involved migrating applications to AWS. There is however a development component, as I've worked extensively with an internal application our team owns for Continuous Deployment. Here's some highlights from my time so here far:- Improved the efficiency of Ansible playbooks used to deploy production. This cut deployment time in half- Created an artifact promotion process for our core business applications that simplified how code makes it to production. This made the process easier for teams to self manage their deployments and improved quality- Developed an AiT testing solution for our core insurance software. This allowed developers to write complex testing workflows to emulate user behaviour and catch issues that might otherwise make it to production- Contributed greatly to the development of an internal Continuous Deployment tool that allows users to manage environments from a single dashboard for environment configuration, deployment, and health verification. This tool is used for the most important of our applications to make deployments simple and repeatable- Led application migrations to AWS. This involved working closely with teams to understand their needs, as well as the containerizing applications, creation of CodePipelines, CloudFormation templates, and more! Show less
