I have 12 years experience in developing and managing complex teams in complex environments.I am a proud veteran of the Australian Army and as such bring professionalism, loyalty, respect and a drive for achievement to every aspect of my professional life. As a leader in defence I trained and developed 100s of individuals ensuring that their skills were to a high standard, while mentoring and developing them in their professional and private lives. I was involved in decision making in varying levels of the organisation and have developed strategies and analytical processes to ensure favourable outcomes in all circumstances. During my time in defence I was involved in managing people, assets and resources, training and development, operations and representing the organisation. I believe I have a talent in leading, developing and managing people stemming from strong emotional intelligence, a solid analytical approach to people and what makes them tick and grounded in respect for all individuals.
