With over 13 years of experience in the amusement park industry, I am a General Manager at Round One Entertainment, where I oversee the daily operations, staff management, and customer service of a large family entertainment center. I have a strong background in training and development, team building, and policy writing, which I acquired and honed in my previous roles as Director of Operations and Operations Manager at Baja Amusements and The Funplex.
