With over 13 years of experience in the amusement park industry, I am a General Manager at Round One Entertainment, where I oversee the daily operations, staff management, and customer service of a large family entertainment center. I have a strong background in training and development, team building, and policy writing, which I acquired and honed in my previous roles as Director of Operations and Operations Manager at Baja Amusements and The Funplex. I am passionate about creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience for our guests, as well as a positive and supportive work environment for our employees. I am also committed to learning new skills and staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in the industry. I have a BA in Philosophy and Political Science from Salisbury University, and I have studied abroad in Argentina and India, where I gained valuable insights and perspectives on different cultures and societies.
