Thomas E. Leary, PE is director of mechanical engineering and manager of the HVAC engineering department, with responsibility for the HVAC, plumbing/process and fire protection departments. He also serves as project manager. Tom is a licensed mechanical engineer in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Delaware, and Washington, DC and completed the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE) Healthcare Construction Certificate program. He holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and has 18 years experience in mechanical engineering and project management. A member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, he is also a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Program. Tom has served as project manager on several major projects for York College of Pennsylvania including the new Little Run Dormitories, Humanities Building / Performing Arts Center, Life Sciences Building, and Grantley Hall Expansion.
