I helped Clever A/S to be ready to scale i.e. improve their ways of working, introducing agile product development processes, frameworks and tools using my experience with Agile, Radical Collaboration (and Direct Leadership).

I helped implementing a SAFe inspired agile way of working in a fast growing start-up. I supported Development Teams in self-organising, Product Owner(s) in building a roadmap and Product Backlogs, Product Management in creating a product strategy and in implementing feedback loops between the strategic and the operational level, Management in supporting the system and HR in implementing agile HR. Altogether doing my best in helping the organisation build an agile culture while growing fast, and it is an on going effort

I started a new Scrum Team with the goal of digitizing Gjensidiges claims processes in Denmark and Goudas claims processes in the Nordics. I ended up working as a proxy Product Owner as well.

I teached Scrum on a course preparing the participants for a certification as Professional Scrum Master 1 (PSM1). I teached on two evenings every second month and did one- and two-days workshops with companies.

I was Scrum Master/Project Manager/Product Owner on a project that implemented new functionality on BEC's e-Bank for corporate customers especially enhancing functionality around payments. I worked directly with a cross-funtional team of 9 – 15 developers acting as a Scrum Master to the team, Project Manager to the stakeholders and too often as a proxy Product Owner. I worked closely with the Maintenance Team to optimise Deployment and Release Management.

I was Scrum Master for a project that developed services on the Danish Central Business Register. I worked with a distributed team of nine developers.

I was Scrum Master/Project Manager in the analysis phase of a program that aimed at implementing new mortgage products on a new banking platform delivered by Infosys. I introduced a Scrum(ish) framework to the team.

I supported a Project Manager by implementing a Scrum inspired process in a project preparing the way for T2S, an EU-project that has provided a single platform for trade and settlement of securities across the EU. Finally I was Test Manager on a suite of Java applications supporting General Meetings in Denmark, and I helped with implementing Sharepoint (MOSS).

I had a break recovering from an injured shoulder that more or less kept me from sleeping for a month or two ... And I spent some of the time getting certified as ScrumMaster and Product Owner.

I managed an analysis of the close down of all it-installations in an English Brewery and the start-up of a project integrating a Sales Portal to SAP.

I managed a project that integrated and implemented an advisory tool in Danske Banks brand in Norway (Fokus Bank). I managed a project that implemented a marketing tool based on SAS MA in the Nordic brands and added an eMail channel to the marketing tool. In the last project we experimented with introducing a Scrum inspired process without much success. All projects involved developers from Danske Banks Indian offshore supplier. The projects followed the banks Development Model based on CMMI.

I did an analysis of the It-support Organisation in the Danish Ministry of Labour incl. a plan for implementing a new organization. Furthermore I managed a project concerning a visa application for the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs

I worked as a team lead in a department doing management and production reporting (SAS). The task was to optimize and align the departments work processes. Furthermore I was responsible of a project that migrated the departments SAS programs to a new platform.

I managed a project that implemented digital pay slips for 1.700 employees. I managed a project that created a strategy as input to implementing a new Service Centre, and a strategy for implementing the Service Centre. I was Interim CIO until I didn't get the job.

I was responsible of the organisations Project Portfolio and IT-strategy. I was Project Manager of the implementation of an planning tool in the Social- and Healthcare Department and of the move to a New Town Hall incl. an upgrade of the it-network and implementation of a Cisco IP-telephone system. I was Project Manager on the implementation of a reform of the Public Sector.

On a 1-year contract, I was responsible of a project concerning Value-Based Management incl. the planning of the education connected to the project.

I implemented a Project Management Model in the organisation. I was responsible of developing the organisations first homepage and a project about eletroninc handling of cases. I implemented an it-helpdesk where we rationalised the organisations it-support considerably. I was responsible of a school it-network.

I was responsible of implementing an electronic payment application in the local offices of Nykredit A/S incl. training 200 users.
