Manage compensation survey process by collecting, analyzing, and annually updating data sent to survey houses Assist in the maintenance of compensation structure Work on the annual data refresh compensation planning process Continually manage job families, pricing, and offers for both non-officers and officers Provide analytical details for compensation decisions on an as needed basis typically based on trends in the industry and companySupport HR and compensation team with various tasks such as testing new HR systemUtilize Workday on daily basis for HR/Compensation Management Perform market pricing requests utilizing various benchmark survey reports

•Provide support and tactical implementation in the areas of Organizational Training, Performance Management, Health and Safety, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and Workforce Planning•Manage workforce planning, recruiting and hiring•Provide coaching on routine issues related to policy and procedures•Monitor employment procedures to ensure legal and governmental compliance•Assist in providing business solutions through effective and quality sourcing of human capital resources•Provide support to management in areas related to employee concerns, problem resolution and HR tools and systems•Work with HR and business management in implementing recognition programs that promote corporate values and enhance employee retention•Collaborate with Benefits and Compensation to implement the merit increase process and support the focus on employee performance•Share feedback on the effectiveness of HR processes to support process improvement•Evaluate recruiting and interviewing processes to determine success rates and make process improvements•Responsible for running queries and reports and providing HR administration and support
