I appreciate that my team members know where I stand and I have proven to be a visionary motivator and communicator for my team, the client and project board / steering committee. I can manage Agile Projects & Programme’s in a PRINCE2 framework and proven my skills in this since 2008.Portefolio Management – I have build up processes and tools to manage more that 200 projects.I have lead strategic, tactical and operational IT-Projects from idea to final test and rollout into global organizations and developed/executed medium-large to very-large project plans always useing management tools such as MS Project, MindJet MindManager and SharePoint to govern the project, manage the resources and to keep project deadlines and milestones.I have achieved great proven success in establishing teams and team building of Indian resources/colleagues, which has been a great human experience to me. I started this in 2001 and has taken a leading role for both engineering and IT-teams ever since and proven to be the company pioneer on this field. My goal is to work positively with people and dedicated aiming for that my project/development team thrives with their tasks and pursues their professional pride.
