We want to break a big entrepreneurial dogma. Many organisations, accelerators and individuals would have you believe that being an entrepreneur means trading in the things you care most about – your health, wellbeing and relationships – in fast pursuit of future success. Trampery Pathways is a peer learning and support programme that caters to each individual entrepreneur with their own needs, motivations, ideas, experiences and interests.

I work with Saberr to help shape the design of digital coaching tools and academy sessions. Developing coaching sessions in a digital format requires an intimate knowledge of team behaviours as well as how technology can nudge teams into better habits. Swarm is a highly collaborative, networked and accelerator 'product' for social innovation that brings together unusual suspects to tackle complex social and environmental challenges.The Swarm approach creates a unique space with the conditions for "unusual suspects" - cross-sector collaborations - to prototype, incubate and accelerate solutions to gnarly challenges that require system innovation. The methodology is based on co-design, creative collaboration, experiential learning and collective intelligence - it's dynamic, disruptive and highly generative.In the last 5 years, we've designed and hosted over 50 'Swarms' and built a highly diverse network of some of the most pioneering social innovators around the world. Our experimental and collaborative innovation projects and programmes have brought together start-ups, businesses, brands, NGOs, social entrepreneurs, public sector, activists, artists, designers, technologists, scientists, investors, foundations and philanthropists.A couple of highlights from our work include:- Creating The Wild Network - a 30,000 strong community of interest and growing movement of parents and organisations with a mission to reconnect kids with nature and playing outside - launched via Project Wild Thing, a feature-length documentary film which we co-produced. - Helped to launch the UN Global Goals by hosting campaign accelerator camps in UK and US with Project Everyone that aligned a huge range of organisations behind a single, shared communications and campaign strategy, platform and activations- Supported Girl Effect on a range of projects to challenge gender norms including prototyping/business case development for Spring Accelerator (a project with DFID/US Aid/Nike Foundation) and hosting Open Studios - a media product innovation programme to create new concepts with girls in India, Nigeria and Indonesia
