Reporting to the Head of Real Estate Investment Europe, implementing Kering Group's real estate investment strategy. • Analyze potential investment opportunities based on financial criteria and risk considerations. • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including cash flow evaluation, and modeling for European real estate M&A transactions. • Participate in negotiations for property acquisitions, structuring transactions, due diligence, and coordinating closings. • Asset Management: Monitor and optimize the performance of the existing real estate portfolio. • Generating reports for top management on the existing real estate portfolio. • Market Trend Monitoring.

• Coordination of real estate projects with brand teams (CEOs, CFOs & Regional Presidents) and Kering Corporate teams (Finance, Treasury, and Construction).• Development of the expansion strategy for the EMEA region, including selecting locations and negotiating commercial and legal terms for leases across all asset classes, such as stores, offices, and showrooms.
