• (Ex-MoovOne, exit to CoachHub) Recruited to build the People Operations Department for our international development, managing a team of 5 senior project managers and 150 coaches across the world (Europe, Americas.
• Created a new business unit from scratch, setting up international SOP and communication, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and re-scoping responsibilities with other departments
• Led major transformational projects: internationalization of the coach community, launch and training of a new digital platform, design and implementation of the HRMS
