Director of Financial Planning at Northwestern Mutual for the Baron Network Office in West LA/Ontario/Las Vegas. Leading our Integrated Financial Planning team, we provide core services and support to our advisors in investment, insurance and holistic financial planning. Key duties include:- Provide financial planning consultations, retirement plans, investment reports, paperwork, and more to subscribers using our services. - Management and development of associates on my team.- Grow and maintain our subscriber count (advisors using our services).- Lead and create quarterly investment trainings for our newly licensed advisors to help provide a foundation of knowledge and provide tools to build their investment businesses.- Lead and create general insurance and investment trainings for our network office (separate from the above mentioned training). - Hire, train and develop new associates on the team.- Develop relationships with Advisors, the Executive Leadership Team, and other key leaders in the organization.- Look for opportunities to advance the department in size and capabilities to meet the evolving needs of our Advisors.
