Brainforest is a global Venture Platform with the aim to protect & regenerate 20 mio. hectares of forest until 2030.My responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Transitioning Brainforest from a Venture Studio to a Venture Platform, aligning with long-term impact goals.- Operational Management: Overseeing budget and financial planning, optimizing resource allocation and operational efficiency.- Investment Growth: Expanded Brainforest’s startup portfolio, increase #ventures from three to seven within 18 months.- Portfolio Oversight: Managing a diverse portfolio of ventures, providing strategic guidance and holding board mandates to support governance and growth.- Human Resources: Developed high-performing teams; led hiring and exit processes to ensure organizational growth.- Fundraising: Collaborated with CEO to secure funding for operations and venture investments.
