I conduct top quality outplacement consultation/coaching to executives, managers, groups, and highly valued employees. Selected as quality assurance coach to provide feedback and lead the refinement of the Counselor Training and Certification Program ensuring the integrity of the process. I coach, mentor and provide feedback on the performance of coaches. I have worked with thousands of clients in group settings and individually to help them with all elements of their job search - from interviewing and networking, through resumes and social media to job offer negotiations.

I provided consultation on various projects including a federal government contract with the Department of Homeland Security/Transportation Security Administration. Other consulting projects included spearheading a healthcare mentoring program, 360 degree competency feedback system and serving as an interim HR Director role with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. I served as team leader collaborating on the management of a major staffing initiative• I spearheaded a team in the assessment, hiring and orientation of 72,500 airport passenger- screeners and supervisors at 430 national airports. • I collaborated with a team which accomplished the aggressive Congressional mandate within 9 months.

I was a strategic business partner/internal consultant in employee relations, staffing, diversity, organizational development, training, performance management, salary and compensation administration, regulatory compliance, ethics, restructures, mergers and acquisitions. I supported 35 offices nationally to enhance productivity, performance management and employee development programs. I developed performance criteria, provided performance feedback, and established corrective action plans for performance. I also mentored and provided individual training across disciplines.

I provided consultation for strategic corporate policy development in employment, recruitment, organizational development, training, project management, performance management, and regulatory compliance.

I consulted with President and Vice Presidents in cultural enhancement and administered Medical Center programs which included Computer-Assisted Laboratories, Success Through Empowered People, Climate Management, Nursing Orientation, Workplace Literacy, Physician Education, Community Education, and Media Services. Supervised a staff of 8 professionals.• I championed the adoption and implementation of Computer-Based Training (CBT) for advancing technical, behavioral, and leadership development.• I managed the Success Through Empowered People Program to develop a multi-media computer assisted learning center for executive, managerial and employee development including workplace literacy.

I directed the employee relations, climate management, customer relations, and management training system for 110 company owned businesses in 33 states and 2 foreign countries. I identified and capitalized on cross-business talent. I designed and implemented company-wide training to achieve competitive advantage. I created and implemented corporate and field-level operation and human resource initiatives. I trained 2000 employees. I managed corporate and hospital satisfaction surveys. I also managed and tracked training of 20,000 employees.• Through Charter University, I expanded talent database across all of the company's businesses increasing the list of high potential employees from 300 to 1500.• I implemented customer service standards for 20,000 employees and as a result increased quality, decreased rework, strengthened employee commitment to corporate objectives and improved problem solving capacity within and across business units.
