I have gained extensive knowledge of the cocoa industry whilst being the operations manager for the 2nd largest supplier of industrial cocoa to the UK market. I have gained great business acumen during my time working with international suppliers and our wide customer portfolio. I have experience in stock management and experience in sales of cocoa and accruing new customers. I have gained great organisational skills from my spreadsheet management of our range of products and customers. I have skills in analysing data to help maintain great stock management. From regular contact with suppliers and customers i have gained a very good liaising ability.
