I support 18 Ontario colleges in their implementation of ExLibris Alma/Primo as their next generation Library Services Platform. Working closely with the implementation teams at OCLS, ExLibris and the involved colleges, I help analyze and prepare data for migration to the new plaform and work to integrate it with existing systems.

In this role, I was responsible for coordinating the efforts of 18 Ontario colleges to select and implement a next-generation library services platform, and obtain funding for its implementation. Once a new system had been selected and funding secured, I went on to support data migration and systems integration of the new plaform.

Tasks included testing and quality assurance of the Ouali authority migration tool, coordination with stakeholders, developing documentation and training materials, and supporting library staff involved in data mapping operations.

Aiming to modernize the Sudoc’s web interface, Abes mandated arbim IT in the Spring of 2022 to do a market analysis and identify pertinent technical solutions for its evolution. I had the opportunity to collaborate with arbim IT for this project.

I supported a pilot project aimed at offering a collection of over 100 born-accesible ebooks to the patrons of three public library systems in Atlantic Canada. Working with libraries, publishers, ebook distributors, vendors and distribution partners, I coordinated the selection, implementation and management of the pilot collection.

For this project, I developed scripts to automate the mapping of authority records following the migration of the RenouVaud library network to Alma.
