In my role as the manager of onboarding, I had the responsibility of overseeing the full implementation schedule for our two main products, Synergetic and SEQTA. This involved negotiating with the sales teams on possible implementation schedules and advising them on the resources required on both our side and the client's side. As part of my role, I managed a team of 12 staff, including converters, implementation specialists, and consultants. I was responsible for overseeing the full implementation cycle, from demonstrating product functionality, explaining implementation processes, implementation of the products, and following up with clients post-implementation to ensure feedback could be taken and issues could be resolved. In addition to managing the team, I also implemented clients when the team was fully booked. This was a challenging but rewarding experience that allowed me to further develop my skills in project management, negotiation, and leadership.

In my capacity as a consulting lead, I was responsible for overseeing a team of consultants across both finance and non-financial specialist areas for the core aspect of school implementations. With my expertise in the field, I played a critical role in shaping the implementation schedule and advising on product updates to enhance the system's functionality. Whenever difficult situations arose during implementations, I was relied upon to provide effective solutions and ensure the client was satisfied. As part of my role, I also supported the professional services team, as they required regular assistance from our team of consultants. In addition, I took an active role in completing school implementations, particularly when the schedule was full. This experience allowed me to develop my skills in project management and leadership.

After a couple of years of learning the product I was promoted to the leader of the team of Non-Finance Specialist. In my new role, I was responsible for answering any difficult questions that clients had, explaining new functionalities as they were released, and supporting my team to ensure they felt comfortable and confident in their role. I enjoyed being the go-to person for clients and helping them find solutions that met their unique needs. As the leader of the team, I also took pride in mentoring and coaching my colleagues, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers.

I began my employment at Synergetic Learning, where my primary responsibility was to understand the company's product and apply my knowledge to advise schools on best practice usage of the product. As I gained experience and expertise, I had the opportunity to be involved in implementing the product at schools, working closely with the school's staff to ensure a smooth transition.

I have a wealth of expertise in the education sector having worked with clients including classroom teachers, school principals and educational officers of large school systems. This work was carried out in institutions including the ACT DET, Brisbane CEO, Canberra Goulburn CEO and Toowoomba CEO. I have excellent presentation and communication skills and have gained a reputation for delivering high quality educationally relevant training, support and professional development workshops. I have represented the company at several conferences and trade shows including Edutech (Brisbane), BLC (Boston, Massachusetts) and ACEL – The Future Is Now (Canberra). I work enthusiastically with teachers, school leaders, learning support staff and students. My expertise is to develop the effective implementation and ongoing use of a range of leading educational ICT/technology products and services. I have introduced and facilitated training for teachers with a variety of learning tools and associated pedagogies including Learning Management Systems (LIFE and CLC), Verso, Atomic Learning, Promethean ActivEngage, ActivInspire and Learning Response Systems.I have authored a series of online practical courses for teachers that have been adopted by Education Services Australia and Atomic Learning Globally.
