As a Sr. Consultant, I serve as a senior authority to develop and deploy career pathways for in-demand industries. Collaborating with industry, state departments, CBOs, and talent, we publish those pathways on a free platform, My Colorado Journey. I work collaboratively with other agencies, both internal and external, to create and maintain projects and initiatives that support career development, workforce readiness, and talent development. I represent CWDC in stakeholder groups focused on talent supply-side strategies. I facilitate the Education and Training Steering Committee and its sub-committees. I also Liaise with local workforce boards, Employment First, and similar stakeholders, to build equity into supply-side strategies.
