Program engineer for a Navy (BRU-55) and Air Force (BRU-57) weapon release system. Provided engineering support to production floor, trained personnel in testing at subcomponent and final assembly level as well as customer provided test equipment. Provided failure analysis on non-conforming material. Developed process documentation and conducted testing for FAAT and LOT, developed finial test report to customer. Inspected and tested all returned material from customers verifying return issues. Interfaced with supply contractors for part obsolesce and documentation questions.

Provided engineer support to the manufacturing floor in the resolution of product assemble issues as well as supported production test determining failure and root cause analysis. I documented failures in the failure reporting system as well as resolution of issue. I developed fixtures to aid the production floor in the assembly of various multiple ended harness, providing uniformity in assembly of harness.

Developed bare board circuit layouts for all programs. Interfaced with printed wiring circuit board fabricator in the fabrication of boards, address questions and concerns. Provided board manufacturer with all Gerber data files needed to fabricate bare boards.

Developed drawings with senior engineering staff for the integration of new navigational aids into the cockpit instrumentation panels for the Navy’s P3 Orion fleet of surveillance aircraft. The new navigational systems were integrated into the cockpit for both the pilot and copilot stations, providing the select ability of GPS or inertial navigational flight data to be displayed.
