Hello! My name is Hayden Clark and I love Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML). I currently work as an AIML Scientist for Redpoint AI, where my research involves 3rd-Gen Spiking Neural Networks, mainly regarding biologically-inspired low-SWAP Neuromorphic Architecture. My past project work includes Big Data analysis and visualization using various unsupervised clustering models, most notably Self-Organized Maps (SOMs) for dimensionality-reduction and behavior profiling of high-dimensional data, as well as novel image extraction, enhancement, and inferencing to facilitate classification and segmentation of underwater benthic flora for habitat protection and monitoring from Full-Motion Video.I hold 2+ years of experience in modern machine learning paradigms, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning. I am proficient in Pythonic programming with extensive experience using Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, TensorFlow, Pytorch, and other industry standard packages and libraries. I have obtained formal education in Machine Learning modelling and techniques, including variable-order model fitting, cross-validation, regularization techniques, feature selection, binary and multi-class logistic classification, unconstrained nonlinear function optimization, convergence visualization, SVM parameter selection, neural networks, convolutional neural networks, transfer learning, decision trees, random forest models, ensemble models, and clustering models. I have experience in Python, Matlab, C++, and other languages, as well as cloud platforms, containerization systems, version control tools and interfaces for project management, and the usage of various Operating Systems.Outside of my career, I focus most of my time working towards my development as a natural bodybuilder with dreams to compete in the near future! I also enjoy cooking, spending time with my wife, and spend as much time in nature as possible :)
