Formulate strategy to enrich the whole Alibaba Cloud Ecosystem including strategic partners, startups and ISV.

• Work closely with Macau Government and Lead the whole Macau Team (20+ members) to undergo the whole digital transformation journey including smart travel, smart transport, smart health and smart government• Initiate “One Account 2.0 一戶通 project” together with SAFP and 20+ Macau Government Departments which draws tremendous feedback from the public• Work closely with HK Government Departments and Public Sector including OGCIO, TD, HKPF, HA, KTSP etc

• Lead channel and alliance team to develop from zero to over 100 partners in HK, MO, TW and KR markets• Formulate channel policy and drive internal resources to grow ecosystem partners

Key responsibilities:• To manage channel partners to develop B2B overseas markets including Thailand, Malaysia, Turkey and Indonesia which involves marketing and sales strategy, partner recruitment and training, and any related business development• To work closely with business development partners like Banks, Logistic firms and different kind of related parties including government, media and internal business units such as Alicloud and Alipay so as to align with our market development• To be the main representative of the channel team and work closely with Hangzhou headquarter backup teamAchievement:• Achieved The Best Country Manager Award in 2013-14• Achieved The Top Lecturer Award in 2014-15

Key responsibilities:• Responsible for the development of E-commerce market in overseas market, mainly Malaysia and Turkey• Play a key role to communicate with the local partner to drive overseas sales revenue• To develop a strategic plan with local partner including brand awareness building, leads generation, customer satisfaction, staff training and different kinds of marketing activities

• Lead a team of 8 to drive Gold Supplier Service (Alibaba.com) sales revenue towards mainly SME market in HK marketAchievement:• Achieved Cash Revenue Over 3 Million in 2007 and promote to be Sales Supervisor

• Drive and direct sell Alibaba.com membership – Gold Supplier Service to HK and MO SMEs market

• Self startup business - mainly trade fashion jewelry to local HK and overseas markets such as America and Europe

• Deploy on general seach, guard, escort, patrol and operatonal duties in connection with the enforcement of the immigration• Cooperate with other law enforcement departments in the investigation and prosecution of those suspects in violation of immigration laws

• Cross-sell medical equipments and products such as wheelchairs & nursing beds to hospitals and old-age home.
