Previously I was working on the commercial account "Amey", which was my third rotation whilst working for HP. This role entails me to produce visio diagrams for multiple applications across the different waves. These designs are for the Current Mode of Operations (CMO) and for the Future Mode of Operations (FMO) on the account. It also requires me to produce application profiles to go with the designs in order to give to customer and for the company to migration and produce what has been agreed upon. Working on my second rotation within HP, I was part of the PMO team on a selected account. This entailed me to understand the account on the Transformation side and work alongside the Project Managers in ensuring they complete all of their documentations on time. I helped collect and document milestones, deliverables, risks for the DAIR logs and ensuring the labour of the team has been regularly logged and the costs are not exceeding the budget.• Assisted lead PMO in development of key deliverable documentation and perform data analysis on financial costs• Collaborated with the finance team to align cost codes for employees on the account• Assisted with Lead Account Architects to define their milestones and deliverables and display within a project plan• Defined the cost codes and produced a set of templates to collect labour costs and expense costs o This enabled account to see where they were overspending and underspending o Filled the templates with formulas to automate the costings, just the raw data needed to be inputted • Assisted lead PMO with DAIR logs, gaining: deliverables, assumptions, issues and risks within the account ‘towers’

I worked for Costa Coffee as a seasonal (summer, Easter and Christmas) job when I was at university. This meant I had to produce products (Food and drinks) to the customers in a short space of time due to them travelling on the ferry to France.This made me a quick learner and gained more customer service skills, whilst talking to customers when serving and producing their products. Also working in a team meant I produced and improved my team working skills and leadership skills when it was required.
