I am working at Costain as a Performance Analyst working at the RDP North Hub in Blaydon-on-Tyne. I manage the monthly CPF performance reporting for the RDPN and SPaTs frameworks, as well as being responsible for performance analysis and improvement.I graduated my Business with Economics degree at Northumbria University with first class honors.During my studies I fostered significant team working, people management and data analysis skills through group projects, particularly through a consultancy project for the Golf Club Manager's Association (GCMA).I have also been involved in volunteering and youth work in my local area delivering necessary social services to an underserved area.
