Planned and managed the completion of software development and defect resolution, communicating tasks, milestones, and regular project status.• Coming into a project that was behind schedule, I organized and prioritized the tasks in sprints, using MS Project. In defining the estimates for all remaining tasks, assigning resources to required work, and communicating the project status through daily team stand up meetings and regular manager meetings, the team was able to deliver completed software development on the feature complete date.

In this role, I was responsible for leading and managing diverse teams of software quality engineers, technicians, and contract employees that are dedicated to consistently releasing high quality vision system software in a dynamic, multi site environment. I Developed, estimated, and managed detailed software quality plans to ensure thorough test coverage and on-time releases, showing an ability to adapt to unexpected changes, and a resolve to oversee testing to completion.• Served as the Project Manager for the planning, development, and rollout of a Test Automation Framework which will reduce manual testing by an average of 60%; providing greater depth of coverage and a faster time to market.• In a Program Manager role, I lead one local and three remote project teams in a Wafer ID GUI project.
