• Maintain daily financial control over semi-finished production in-order to provide leadership with enhanced cost visibility to improve performance• Audit production processes monthly in terms of financial, quality, regulatory, and inventory control and investigate any production and financial conflicts and assist in creating solutions for the future • Responsible for supporting the stabilization of SAP software and providing necessary training• Continuously develop lean manufacturing practices with a focus on cost, efficiency, quality and safetyo Investigate and revise Bill of Material and documentation to properly reflect methods.• Responsible for supporting the yearly revision of AOP/SOP of semi-finished production.• Gather/record/maintain financial, inventory, and production data and present to appropriate personnel in a timely manner• Assist in the organization of production schedule with a focus on properly meeting planning demands and supply chain effectiveness.• Maintain proper cycle count of responsible areas and investigate and reconcile any deviations.
