Expanded government concentration to include additional agencies like the United States Postal Service and Army Air Force Exchange Service. Generated revenues in excess of $110M combined for government and commercial accounts. Responsible for troubleshooting underperforming markets that require outbound movements on a regular basis. - Built a whole new customer base concentrating on Fortune 500 companies:(Foot Locker, Nike, Chico’s, Coach, Steinmart, Saks 5th Avenue, Lord & Taylor, Neiman Marcus, Macy’s)- Created a new government department in an undeveloped market.- Expanded department to encompass additional agencies: The United States Postal Service, Army Air Force Exchange Service and General Service Administration (FEMA).- Grossed a total of $110M in seven years, including $30M in 2015.- Grew territory responsibilities to include two regions containing six total states.- Reduced operating ratio from 98% to 91% for all accounts.- Initiated and maintained continued revenue growth by 15% annually and successfully obtained yearly rate increases of 5-8%.- Developed and implemented logistics strategy for new global markets in Mexico and Canada.
